I am a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of practice in Hatha and Iyengar yoga. I began my yoga journey more than 15 years ago, seeking physical healing, but to my delight its benefits have flowed into every aspect of my life.
My passion for therapeutics has led me to develop healing techniques centred on touch, breath, and body-mind awareness.
I strongly believe that everyone holds within them a powerful source of self-healing, and I'm here to help you rediscover and nurture that power.
